Sapphire Ink Series
Sapphire inks are formulated as both pad printing inks and screen printing inks. Made in Italy under the finest production and quality controls standards, Sapphire series screen and pad printing inks are triple milled to micron level pigment sizes yielding one of the industry's most opaque and brilliant color palettes.
All Sapphire series screen and pad printing inks comply with California Proposition 65 and European EN 71 Toy Safety standard. MB and J3 series are also Class VI certified.

Sapphire Background
One of the premier screen and pad printing inks in the world today, Sapphire series ink has been a hidden jewel in the industry. This well-established and comprehensive ink product line has been used in the Unites States for years, previously sold by United Silicone under the "UP" name.
Series' Applications & Descriptions
These screen and pad printing inks are formulated for various printing applications. There are specialized CG series for glass and stainless steel, SB series for tagless garments, J3 and MB for medical applications, DP series for untreated polypropylene as well as series for plastics, metals, wood, rubber, acrylic, leather and other substrates.

BA Series |
BA Series inks are high gloss, easy to use all purpose
1 or 2 component pad printing inks. They are fast drying and adhere to a wide range of products.
As two component ink, BA has an exceptional abrasion resistance and an extended pot life of 8-9 hours.
BA Series also makes an excellent screen printing ink when used with slower solvents. |

CG Series |
CG Series are a specialty 2-component pad printing inks
specifically formulated for use with glass, ceramic and metals. It has a satin gloss, is opaque and easy
to process (even with multi-colors). CG offers excellent adhesion and dishwasher resistance and has rapid
cross-linking and improved resistance with a heat cure after printing. This series also makes an excellent screen printing ink when used with slower solvents. |

DP Series |
DP series is a specialty ink designed for printing on untreated
polypropylene. It is a high gloss ink with excellent adhesion on most polypropylene substrates. The more pure the
substrate, the greater the adhesion without requiring pre-treatment. PP1 adhesion promoter can be added to the DP
series ink to improve adhesion. DP series inks are excellent pad printing and screen printing inks. |

J3 Series inks are glossy, very quick drying, versatile
1 or 2-component pad printing inks. J3's great opacity, abrasion resistance and superior resistance to chemicals
such as alcohol, acids and alkali make it a great choice for industrial applications and vinyl. This series also makes an excellent screen printing ink when used with slower solvents. |

MB Series inks are the "go to" high gloss 2-component pad printing
inks that have excellent adhesion to difficult substrates. MB is an easy to use, fast curing opaque ink series
with superior mechanical and chemical resistance to chemicals such as alcohol, acids and alkali on metals and hard
plastics. This series also makes an excellent screen printing ink when used with slower solvents. |

SB Series inks are specialized 1 or 2 component pad printing inks with excellent adhesion to rubber-like substrates as well as textile. Its unique flexibility,
high gloss and opacity makes it the ideal choice for rubberized, soft-touch items and tagless garments. SB as a 2 component ink
provides exceptional mechanical abrasion resistance. SB inks also make excellent screen printing inks when used with slower solvents. |

WK Series ink is a very high gloss opaque 2 component ink for use with the most demanding, scratch resistance, mechanical and chemical resistant applications.
WK series has excellent hiding qualities and has superior resistance to chemicals and water upon completion of cure.
