Inkcups’ MB Series is a two-component pad printing ink built for strong adhesion on metals and hard plastics, with a medical-grade (Class VI) formulation available for instruments and devices. MB Series pad printing ink is an easy-to-use, fast-curing opaque ink series with superior mechanical and chemical resistance to alcohol, acids, and alkali on metals and hard plastics. In addition, MB series will print on metals, painted surfaces, hard plastics, pre-treated polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylics, powder-coated surfaces, and epoxy resins.
MB pad printing ink is medical grade (Class VI Cert.), proven safe to use on medical instruments, is classified as NT (non-toxic), and is formulated with pigments which are free from heavy metals. Safety Data Sheets are available according to EU regulations. Main indications are carried on the product label. For medical devices on plastic rather than metal substrates, the J3 Series is also Class VI certified.
