BA Series Pad Printing Ink

BA Series pad printing ink is Inkcups’ high-gloss, all-purpose 1- or 2-component pad printing ink, built for fast-drying results across a wide range of substrates, such as

  • ABS
  • SAN

As a two-component ink, the BA series offers exceptional abrasion resistance, which can be significantly increased with the addition of pad printing ink hardeners. In addition, the BA series has an extended pot life of 8-9 hours, easily lasting an entire production shift, and it can be ready for overprinting in under 60 seconds.

BA Series Pad Printing Ink Features

Fast Drying, Extended Pot Life

BA Series pad printing ink is ready for overprinting in under 60 seconds and can dust dry in about 20 minutes at room temperature, with full cure in 6-8 days. Despite the fast turnaround, BA ink holds an 8-9 hour pot life, so a mixed batch stays workable for an entire production shift without reformulating mid-run.

Two-Component Abrasion Resistance

Run BA ink as a 1-component system for standard jobs or add hardener to significantly boost abrasion resistance on hard, smooth, and non-porous parts. The BA ink series pairs with Inkcups’ M Solvent to adjust viscosity for ink transfer.

Wide Standard and Custom Color Range

Choose from 23 standard, 11 high-density, and 5 metallic shades, plus CMYK 4-color process for full-color work. Inkcups’ in-house color matching team can build a custom BA ink shade to match a specific brand color or PMS target.

The BA Series Ink is classified as NT (non-toxic) and is formulated with pigments which are free from heavy metals. Safety Data Sheets are available according to EU regulations. Main indications are carried on the product label.
