Inkjet printing directly onto the puzzle not only ensures a longer life span of the puzzle, it provides a consistent and even layer of fun graphics or photography. Many of our inkjet printers are equipped to quickly and accurately print high-quality photos directly onto puzzle boards. This application utilized the XJET 800 UV Flatbed Inkjet Printer to print this candy image onto the puzzle. Traditional methods utilize a sticky plastic film that is glued over the puzzle before cutting. Using those methods often causes issues to arise during the cutting process where the graphic will not be fully cut through resulting in a torn graphic. The XJET UV flatbed inkjet printer makes an ideal puzzle printing machine, delivering sharp, edge-to-edge graphics through digital inkjet printing on wood and puzzle board substrates.
