Pad Printing Machine - B150
The B150 pad printing machine (big brother of the
B100 pad printer) is a compact industrial-grade 1-color pad printer for large images.
The 150mm patented VersaCup ink cup assembly prints images
of up to 140mm in diameter. The powerful compression capability of 779lbs allows for easy handling of large,
hard print pads, which enables highest quality images on drinkware, injection-molded housing, bezels and
other products up to 5.5" inches in height (including fixture). When equipped with a fixture for tagless printing, the B150 also becomes a care label printer.

New feature! The B150 now can be retrofitted with Adjustable Stroke Modification Kit to accept smaller plates and ink cups - which allows you to cut supply costs in half when printing smaller (up to 80mm in diameter) images! With a smaller 90mm ink cup, you will use less ink, and a 100mm x 250mm plate costs about half the price of a 160mm x 360mm plate. The Mod Kit can be easily installed onto the B150 in under 3 minutes.

Unlike most competitors' pad printers of a similar size, the B150 pad printing machine features the ability
to program variable pad delays (both over the plate and the part), printing speed and double-print function,
which gives the operator complete control over the printing cycle and print opacity.
