Employee Spotlight: Dana Latzkow, Europe Office Administrator

For this employee spotlight, we are shining the light on Dana, who works out of our office in Freudenberg, Germany. As our Office Administrator, Dana plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. She oversees the coordination of remote technical support, manages service orders and invoicing, and ensures all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Dana also keeps the office organized and functional by managing maintenance needs and working closely with trusted vendors and service providers.

On top of all that, Dana earned her forklift certification this past August! She tackled the training with enthusiasm, passed with flying colors, and now navigates the warehouse like a seasoned pro.

Q. What is your role at Inkcups and how long have you been with the company? 

Dana: My role at Inkcups is office administrator. I have been with Inkcups since November 2024. For the first six months, I was employed through a leasing company. And in May, I finally said “yes” to Inkcups.

Q. What is your favorite part about your job at Inkcups? 

Dana: The favourite part is that I am working close with the team and the customers. Every day is a new challenge.

Q. Congratulations on earning your forklift certification! How will that help day-to-day operations at the Inkcups Europe office? 

Dana: I am very happy to be able to help in different areas, such as assisting our warehouse assistant. This means that everyday life runs smoothly and without any problems.

Q. How do you like to spend your free time?

Dana: I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and my family and playing tennis. Furthermore, I like to go on fun fair and Christmas markets.

Q. What is something that everyone should know about Inkcups?

Dana: Everyone helps everyone. You are never alone with your problems.
