2200LS 2-Color Linear Conveyor Pad Printing Machine

The 2200-LS is an industrial 2-color linear conveyor pad printer designed for high-volume production environments. The conveyor design provides precise part positioning and repeatable multi-color registration, making it ideal for automated production lines.

The 2200-LS is equipped with a 20-station servo-driven indexing conveyor and utilizes a 90mm Versacup® ink cup and 90mm ceramic ring to print images up to 80mm in diameter. Including the fixture, this machine is able to print on items up to 150mm tall (5.9”), featuring shot-in print-station registration for very tight registration (+/-.001”) and micro-adjust system for moving the conveyor in and out for easy graphic positioning.

The 2200-LS linear conveyor pad printer is built for continuous production of industrial, medical, and promotional products. Its PLC touch-screen control system allows operators to quickly program and manage setup features, reducing changeover time and simplifying operation. It can be interfaced with automatic loading and unloading systems to create an optimal production workflow.
