MagiCoat™ Mini Pre-Treatment System

The MagiCoat™ Mini encapsulates everything that our customers have come to appreciate in the MagiCoat™ Glass Pre-Treatment System, now in a scaled-down version designed for customers with low to medium-run SKUs. This pre-treatment system is suitable for glass and other materials and incorporates both a flame treatment system and a spraying system for applying primers. The system features four independently rotating stations, one flaming station, and one flaming head. When paired with MagiCoat™ Solution, one can achieve up to 200 residential washes or up to 600 industrial washes for glassware vessels.

MagiCoat™ Solution – Glass Primer

MagiCoat™, our specialty primer, is composed of three water-based components: A, B, and C. After flaming the glass, you can apply the mixture of these components A, B, and C directly onto the vessel through spraying. With the combination of MagiCoat™ Solution and the MagiCoat™ Mini Pre-Treatment System, you can achieve up to 200 residential washes and up to 600 industrial washes. It’s worth noting that MagiCoat™ Solution complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.300, CPSIA, and California Prop 65 regulations.

Fine Mist Spraying System

Every MagiCoat™ Mini comes equipped with a fine mist spraying system to ensure that each vessel is evenly primed post-flame treatment.

4 Rotating Stations

The MagiCoat™ Mini features four rotating stations where vessels can securely rest on the tooling as they move through the machine.

Temperature Detect

The MagiCoat™ Mini, with precision, indexes upon reaching optimal temperature.

Flaming Station

For treating both tapered and straight items, the MagiCoat™ Mini has one flaming station and one flaming head to uniformly pre-treat.
