Head Recovery System Available Now at Inkcups

Inkcups proudly presents the Head Recovery System.

The Head Recovery System will aid in unclogging Gen 4 and Gen 5 print heads. One 30-minute cycle in the Head Recovery System will clean a single print head. Once run through the Head Recovery System, a print head that was once plagued with some clogs, will no longer be congested, and will return to its previous waterfall flow again.

To ensure consistent operation the Recovery Head System is temperature controlled.

This ultra-sonic printhead recovery system pushes EBD cleaner through each channel of the print head to further clean and unclog. The Head Recovery System can be used as a preventative measure by increasing the longevity of print heads by tackling built up clogs.

The unit housing and cleaning chamber are stainless steel while featuring a soft membrane touch front panel. The Head Recovery System measures 25.75” x 14” x 42”, weighing in at 65 lbs. The cleaning chamber itself measures 17″ x 13.5″ x 11″.
