The XJET800 UV flatbed inkjet printer is built for industrial applications  requiring high speed, automation-ready performance, and consistent print quality.  Capable of printing a 31.5″ x 24.4″ area in under 2.5 minutes with exceptional print quality, this advanced flatbed system delivers full-color CMYK-WW + optional varnish, thanks to the latest in high quality print head technology. The XJET800 is also flexible – able to handle parts up to 10″ tall.

Industrial Design Meets UV Printing Technology

Utilizing a conveyor system, Inkcups’ UV flatbed inkjet printer brings parts in, prints and then sends them to the back to drop into a bin. This automation-ready machine can utilize an industrial-style robotic arm to pick and place product onto the conveyor while items are during the printing to save time and resources. Print continuously for an entire shift.

Print head recovery system

Head Recovery System

The Head Recovery System is capable of cleaning both Gen 4 and Gen 5 printheads. Head recovery can be performed to restore printheads that may be clogged and generally increase the longevity of the printhead. By using EBD cleaner in combination with this unit, printheads can be cleaned for further printing.
