Inkcups supports customers across the United Kingdom and Ireland through a dedicated team of regional sales and service representatives, backed by local logistics and global expertise.

While Inkcups does not operate a physical office in the UK or Ireland, our team provides responsive, on-the-ground support including equipment consultations, installations, training, and technical service.

To better serve customers in the region, we work with a UK-based distribution partner to offer faster delivery of machines, parts, and consumables.

Our UK & Ireland team works closely with our European headquarters in Germany to ensure seamless access to Inkcups’ full range of pad printing equipment, digital flatbed and cylindrical printers, and associated consumables.

Support is available in English, with direct access to our broader European technical team when needed.
