Our Team

Joe’s first 10 years were spent as a graphic designer for a team licensed apparel company in Marblehead while still in college. That experience helped him get a job a little close to home for a pad printing manufacturer. He worked as a graphic designer for 7 plus years before learning the color matching end of the business. In November of 2010, Joe took a job at Inkcups helping out in the color matching department. From there Joe helped Inkcups establish a compliance program and from there became the department manager.
