Sales Representative UKIE

We are a subsidiary of an American multi-national corporation with a flat reporting structure and plenty of passion.
To strengthen our European sales team, we are looking to hire a Sales Representative UK and Ireland.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads and nurture prospects
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Provide quotations, negotiate terms and pricing to close customer deals
- Attend industry functions, such as trade shows, association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on markets and creative trends.
- Represent Inkcups in a professional manner.
- Help develop and support distributors in strategic regions
- Keep calendar and Salesforce (CRM) always up to date
- Preparation of regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Achieving and exceeding the agreed sales targets.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales efforts
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role selling UV inkjet printing equipment or other electromechanical equipment and/or parts to end users.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Other European languages a plus
- Must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approach
- Prior experience independently overseeing the entire sales cycle from start to finish.
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel is required
- A bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- A valid passport
