We also offer revolutionary laser plates: CO2 laser engravable Imperial Plates and YAG laser engravable Cobalt Plates. If you have a CO2 or YAG laser system with advanced software, small spot size and quality power control, our patented Imperial and Cobalt laser plates will enable you to make pad printing plates in just a few minutes. There is no need for film positives or chemicals, the procedure is clean, fast and simple. Our state-of-the-art cutting and punching facility has been recently expanded to meet customer demand! Inkcups Now high-speed systems enable a cut accuracy of .5mm on the size of photopolymer plates; "universal" punching capabilities allow rapid setup for any hole configuration. Our standard punch configurations include: Trans Tech, Tampoprint, Imtran, Comec, Autoroll, Printex. Custom pad printing plate sizes can be configured for any machine.

Alcohol Wash Gray Pad Printing Plates
These extremely popular polymer plates have a standard thickness of .017" and have a light gray color prior to exposure and an olive color after exposure. These reliable pad printing plates yield consistent, quality etches and are cost effective. Typical life of these plates is 10,000 impressions.

Alcohol Wash Green Pad Printing Plates
These photopolymer pad printing plates have a thickness of .029" and have a medium green color before and after exposure. They are known for their ability to reproduce fine line graphics and exhibit scratch resistance for longer runs. Typical life of these plates is 15,000-20,000 impressions.

1Mil Alcohol Wash Pad Printing Plates
This specialty plate material has a thickness of .010" and has dark green color before exposure and light green after. It is a single exposure polymer plate designed to etch to a fixed depth of .001". It is ideal for printing process images and fine line graphics because consistent etches can be made without use of a secondary line screen. Typical life of these polymer pad printing plates is up to 50,000 impressions.

Thick & Thin Steel Pad Printing Plates (Clichés)
ICN provides thin and thick steel cliches (pad printing plates) manufactured to the demanding tolerance specifications of today's ink cup technology. Pad printing plates are available in all sizes and accommodate pin registration requirements for all machine manufacturers. ICN steel printing plates ensure superior doctoring characteristics, longer life cycle and superior image definition.
- Etched Thin Steel Pad Printing Plates: Thin steel plates are designed for medium volume applications (50,000 to 200,000 impressions). They provide the image quality and print resolution of thick steel plates at a significantly lower cost. ICN thin steel plates offer a superior surface finish (void of mars and roll marks) for super clean doctoring. They are available punched for pin registration or un-punched.
- Etched Thick Steel Pad Printing Plates: Thick steel plates (10mm thick) are designed for high resolution and high volume printing applications (over a million impressions). These plates are lapped to a flatness of plus or minus .001" and are available in a wide range of sizes.
