 Life of Tag Printing Supplies

Pad printing of the garment care label involves transferring an image from an etched area of a pad printing plate via silicone pad onto the garment.

We offer Laser Engravable pad printing plates that you can etch using a CO2 or YAG laser engraver. Alternatively, a plate making service is available. We use Cobalt 1000 YAG laser - a top of the line laser engraving system - to etch our patented Laser Plates, which provides precision and complete repeatability of the etch. This service has been a preferred option for customers who are starting to pad printing for the first time.
