6 Color Pad Printer with Carousel
The ICN-2506C is a 6 color pad printer equipped with carousel
and automatic pad cleaning function. This heavy-duty machine is designed for multicolor printing on small parts and is especially good for 4 color process printing over dark substrates where you can print two hits of white as well as CMYK. The 18 station carouse has print station with shot pin registration and is ideal for higher production volumes. The programmable pad cleaning function allows cleaning of all 6 print pads within a few seconds, which facilitates quality prints, uninterrupted production and saves a considerable amount of time.
The ICN-2506 is a sealed cup 6 color pad printer designed for rapid job setup and changeover featuring: XYR micro-adjust plate holder assemblies and quick-release locking handles on pad and cup assemblies. Setup can be accomplished easily, without the use of any tools, and features the patented VersaCup ink cup assembly with two-sided ceramic ring.
The printing cycle of the ICN-2506 is smooth and repeatable. With its membrane touch control, all setup features including pad stroke, pad delay and shuttle location are simple and easy to program. This durable 6 color pad printer has ample compression capability and is able to accommodate large, hard print pads – making it one of the most versatile, capable and cost effective multi-color pad print machines available on the market today.
