ICN-2200 Two Color Pad Printing Machine
Part of Inkcups Now's extensive line of pad printing machinery, the ICN-2200 (a newer version of ICN-1200) is a heavy-duty two color sealed cup printer with a dual position pneumatic part shuttle. The single point fixture mounting with adjustable hold down clamps facilitates rapid set-up and reduces tooling costs. These features, coupled with XYR micro-adjust plate holder assemblies and tool-less quick adjust pad mounts, further reduce make ready time and increase productivity.
This piece of pad printing machinery is ideal for situations where future production volumes are unknown or likely to increase. It is easily retrofitted in the field to accept an eight station part carousel transport system to accommodate increasing productivity or automation demands.
With its membrane touch control, it is simple to program all setup features including: pad stroke, pad delay, ink mixing and ink pick up frequency to name but a few. The durable ICN-2200 has ample compression capability and is able to accommodate large, hard print pads - making it one of the most versatile, capable and cost effective two-color pad printers available on the market today.
