Extending the line of Inkcups Now multi color pad printing equipment, the rugged ICN-150L is an automatic 150mm ink cup pad printing machine equipped with 12-station linear conveyor (also known as over-under conveyor). The 150mm ink cups enable printed images up to 140mm in diameter - significantly larger than the industry standard 130mm ink cups, which are only capable of 115mm images. This pad printer's unique independent pad/ink cup stroke allows easy loading of large parts and the print cycle to be efficiently fine-tuned for the highest quality images.
The 12-station linear conveyor can be interfaced with automatic loading and unloading systems and is very convenient for printing high volumes of large parts such as injection molded housings, bezels, mugs, drinkware, beach balls, large promotional products and tagless garments. The pad printing machine on the picture is set up to print on textile. The pad printing conveyor features shot pin print station registration for very tight registration (+/-.001") and a micro-adjust system for moving the conveyor in and out for easy positioning of the graphic on your part.
The ICN-150L pad printing machine is offered as a 1- or 2-color printer and features an extended forward stroke, two-position pneumatic shuttle and XYR micro-adjust printing plate assemblies. This piece of pad printing equipment is ideal for crisp, accurate graphics because it has excellent pad compression capability and provides ample room for large, hard printing pads or pad clusters. The ICN-150L comes with a heavy duty base cabinet assembly and height adjust assembly.
