This conveyor belt allows automated engraving of pens, key tags, cutlery and other items made of metal, glass, wood etc. Conveyor-equipped Cobalt 1000 laser etcher can be easily integrated with robotic loading and unloading equipment for fully automated pen engraving process.
We make custom belts for products of different shapes. The belts are durable, easily changeable, inexpensive and quick to manufacture. For bigger objects we will be able to offer a machine with a taller opening shielded by protective brushes.

This add-on attachment allows automated engraving of carabiners and pens as well as etching images larger than the field of view of the scan head (120mm) such as graduations or multi-color pad printing plates. The stepper motor controlled linear motion table has a 500mm stroke and fully programmable indexing positions with a registration tolerance of +/- .0005”.
The extended plate system allows to easily adjust the index between images for specific printing plate configurations, machine designs and image layouts. The tooling plate readily accepts pin registered engraving fixtures and is designed to accommodate various printing plates sized up to 250mm x 650mm.
With this add-on, Cobalt 1000 can be easily converted into a Rotary Engraving Machine etching along the circumference of round or cylindrical items – such as pens, mugs, camera lens rings, tubes, flash lights etc.
