Mimaki UJF-605CII Flatbed UV Inkjet System
The Mimaki flatbed UV inkjet printer is a high end system designed to produce high resolution graphics on flat and non-uniform products such as promotional products, POP displays, golf balls, membrane switches and name plates. The print quality from UJF-605CII Mimaki printers is exceptional due to its very small 6 picoliter droplets, variable dot size and high 1200x2400 dpi resolution. This combination produces smooth tonal images, crisp edges without the grainy pattern associated with other flatbed UV inkjets. These UV inkjet Mimaki printers are capable of printing 8 colors and features 1 or 2 opaque white stations which enables the printing of vibrant graphics on black and other dark substrates. The white is so opaque with these Mimaki printers that even first or second surface printing over clear or transparent products like PET, PC, OPP, PVC, polyethylene, polycarbonate, acrylic is now possible.
Several UJF-605CII Mimaki printers have already been installed in Promotional Product marketplace, proving this flatbed inkjet to be a great alternative to pad or screen printing for multicolor, tight registration printing on flat and non-uniform items!

DigiBond Primer
- Enables Inkjet Printing on Metal, including Nameplates!
DigiBond is a specialized primer that allows UV inks adhere to metal. For the nameplate industry, this primer finally makes inkjet printing a viable altenative to screen printing!
To use DigiBond, wipe it on the surface and flash cure it prior to applying UV inks.
Aluminum sheets pre-treated with DigiBond are also available.
