Flatbed UV Printer
The DirectJet UV inkjet printer is the most technologically advanced table top inkjet printer available today! The DirectJet is a UV LED printer capable of printing on a wide range of substrates such as plastic, wood, metal, glass and rubber. Printing on dark substrates poses no challenge because of the DirectJet's very opaque white ink. Fine details are easily achieved because of the DirectJet’s 1.5 pico liter drop size and 5760dpi x 5760dpi resolution.
This flatbed UV printer features a six color print head (C, M, Y, K, W, Cl) able to print on items up to six inches in height. The DirectJet also features a 13” x 25” tooling platform, automatic platform height-adjust and a DC controlled reciprocating platform.
The DirectJet flatbed UV printer is a truly one of a kind machine that give the terms “value” and “quality” a whole new meaning.

DigiBond Primer
- Enables Inkjet Printing on Metal, including Nameplates!
DigiBond is a specialized primer that allows UV inks to adhere to particular metals that may pose a challenge to adhesion.
To use DigiBond, wipe it on the surface and flash cure it prior to applying UV inks.
Aluminum sheets pre-treated with DigiBond are also available.
