We here at Inkcups Now like to share some interesting news about our customers every once and a while. Today we received an email from Wanda, one of our customers that had purchased our PromoJET edible image printer. Here is what she had to say:

“Montgomery Gentry was in town over the weekend and I had ‘ins’ with the caterer. We gave them a tray of cookies with their photos and it was a huge hit. We also made 2 large ones for them to autograph, Montgomery didn’t show his face, but Gentry was gracious enough to take time for a picture and an autograph. A first maybe?”

I would say it was a first! Thanks Wanda for this great story!

Take a look at what we were able to print on today!

Using the PromoJET flatbed inkjet printer with edible ink, we were able to print these great looking images right on these cookies! Just a few weeks ago we posted another blog about printing directly onto cookies and we got a lot of people asking us if the PromoJET could print on uneven cookies. Well here is your answer.

The PromoJET solvent inkjet printer can print on noticeably uneven surfaces up to five inches in height! We used the built in halogen heat lamp and our edible ink, and the printer took care of the rest. We were able to fit about 10-12 cookies in the printer at once (2-3 inches in diameter) and the whole printing process took no longer than 3 minutes!

Some may say we have gone too far with this one (or at least we think we did.)

We have decided to merge the two sweetest things in our office together: Bonaventure, our controller, and cookies. The result was the B-Cookies. We just used the PromoJET flatbed inkjet printer along with our tasty edible ink and presto! We have a cookie that tastes great with a friendly face on it. OK, I will admit, it is a little weird to eat a cookie making that face at me, but it still tastes awesome! Decorate any cookies with virtually any image with the PromoJET edible inkjet printer!
