Mint tin - inkjet printed (click to expand!)

A popular product in the promotional market, mint tin can be anything you want – a durable business card or internal company memo… See the halftones and shades on the picture, this is the kind of graphics that inkjet printing is truly great for!

Normally it is very difficult to have UV inks stick to metal. But here we used Digibond, a specialized pre-spray that solves the adhesion problem. Digibond is easy to use: you wipe the surface, heat it for a few minutes (with a heat gun or… hair dryer), let it cool down for a few seconds – and the metal part is ready for printing.
