International Business Development
Inkcups Now - the leading supplier the specialty printing industry - is looking for a self-starter who can help expand International sales and distribution of our Tagless printing products into garment market. Ideal candidate would be able to:
- Work with a target list of major opportunities to develop opportunities in conjunction with outside sales team
- Develop, find and setup stocking distributors around the world
- Follow up on International sales leads
- Work with International sales team
- The ideal candidate would speak Spanish and have a international business experience. Masters degree is preferred.
Shipping / Receiving
Reports to:

General Job Description:
- Perform daily shipping and receiving
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to read and understand the daily schedule and adjust to priority changes
- Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed
- Must be willing to adjust hours
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assure daily schedule is completed
- Assure company work procedures are followed
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assure all products are packaged and shipped according to guidelines
- Maintain proper supply levels
- Receive incoming shipments and distribute to appropriate departments
- Responsible for Hazmat certified ink and solvent shipments
- Forklift operation
- Work as part of the team
- Follow all company rules and policies
- Follow all safety rules
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Manufacturing or production experience required
Inkjet Technician – Field Service
Reports to:
Vice President
General Job Description:
The Inkjet Technician (Field Service) will responsible for providing technical sales support, equipment demonstrations, training, sample processing and field service installation and repair of inkjet and related equipment.
Essential Functions:
- Perform installation and repair of digital equipment at customer sites
- Provide training to customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment
- Provide remote customer support/troubleshooting as well as on-site service as needed
- Effectively communicate and obtain appropriate data needed to identify, analyze and resolve service requirements
- Clearly communicate problem solutions through database entries, written reports and verbal communication with customers and colleagues
Other Duties Include:
- Training customers on digital file preparation and RIP processing
- Maintaining of demo and test facilities at employer’s location
- Imaging of printed samples for customers and marketing
- Participating in trade shows to set up and demonstrate equipment
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or equivalent vocational training in applicable electrical, mechanical or industrial fields.
- Experience in servicing inkjet printing or similar equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good color vision
- Strong aptitude for customer relations, customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including international travel
- Working knowledge of computers and networks
- Basic Graphic Arts skills with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Corel
- A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- A valid passport
Technical Service Coordinator
Reports to:
Vice President
General Job Description:
The Technical Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical sales support, coordination of equipment demonstrations, training, processing of samples and field-service installation and repair of inkjet and related equipment.
Essential Functions:
- Respond to incoming support inquiries in a timely professional manner
- Evaluate customer issues and provide assistance utilizing technical resources
- Escalate cases when appropriate, determining the most effective solution to a problem
- Effectively communicate and obtain appropriate data needed to identify, analyze and fulfill service requirements
- Clearly communicate solutions through database entries, written reports and verbal communication with customers and colleagues
- Assist in the development of a total product support capability for the digital equipment product line
- Train technical support personnel on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques
- Assist with on-site equipment setup, troubleshooting, sample printing and customer demonstrations
- Liaison with digital equipment suppliers to procure supplier technical support and shipment of non-inventory parts to support field service calls
- Review field service reports to ensure job completion, equipment design issues, training improvement and warranty administration
Other Duties Include:
